CA Ketan Panchmia

Our firm is led by CA Ketan Panchmia, having an experience of 35+ years in providing services to clients. While heading the firm he also leads the Corporate and Tax Advisory departments. Other than Corporate and Tax Advisory, his work also encompasses M&A and FEMA advisory. He is a life-long learner and keeps exploring new avenues while constantly polishing his existing skills.

CA Devendra Khanna

CA Devendra Khanna is one of the founding partners of the firm and has an experience of 35+ years. He leads the Audit and Assurance and Indirect Taxation functions of the firm. He has a specialized experience in providing advise and structuring payroll and retiral benefits for corporates.

CA Deepak Jain

CA Deepak Jain has an experience of 13+ years. He has rich experience in Direct Taxation advisory and litigation matters having worked with M/s Bansi S. Mehta & Co in his early years. He further strengthened his grip over taxation and corporate matters during his time with the Reliance ADA Group. Deepak leads the Direct Tax, International Tax and Transfer Pricing practice of the firm under the guidance of Ketan Panchmia.

CA Mehul Gada

CA Mehul Gada, has an experience of 10+ years. Mehul manages the firm's Audit and Assurance and Indirect Taxation functions. He has previously worked with Deloitte Haskin and Sells LLP where he has handled large audits. He looks after the virtual CFO services provided by K&P.

CA Akshar Panchmia

CA Akshar Panchmia has 4+ years of experience. Having worked with industry veteran CA Gautam Doshi at Bhavna Doshi Associates, he has had a rich experience in M&A and Transaction Advisory, Corporate Restructuring & Succession planning, Corporate, Allied and Security laws, International Arbitration along with an exposure in direct tax. He has a particular interest in assisting start-ups and looks into the firm's Start-up Services division.
